Terms of Service

By accessing or using AutoChat ("the Service"), operated by Tecglobe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the platform.

AutoChat is an Instagram automation platform that allows business account holders ("Users") to configure automated direct message (DM) responses triggered exclusively by user-initiated comment keywords on Instagram posts. The Service operates via Meta's official APIs and is subject to Meta's Platform Policies. The core function of AutoChat is: when a third-party Instagram user explicitly comments a keyword configured by you on one of your posts, AutoChat sends that commenter a single, pre-configured DM in response to their request. No messages are sent without a user-initiated trigger.

To use AutoChat, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Possess a valid Instagram Business or Creator account in good standing. • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Promptly notify Tecglobe of any unauthorised access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your AutoChat account.

You agree to use AutoChat solely for lawful, user-consent-respecting customer communication. You must NOT use AutoChat to: • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk DMs to users who have not explicitly requested information via a comment keyword. • Send the same DM to a user multiple times in response to a single comment. • Engage in fake engagement, manufactured comments, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour. • Promote illegal products, services, or activities. • Violate Meta's Platform Policies, Community Standards, or Terms of Service. • Collect or harvest personal data beyond what is required for delivering the requested response. • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service. • Use the Service for growth-hacking, mass-outreach, or lead-generation without explicit user consent. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban.

AutoChat operates on a strict user-initiated model: • A DM is sent ONLY when a third-party Instagram user voluntarily comments a keyword you have configured. • Each comment keyword trigger results in a maximum of ONE (1) DM being sent. • By commenting the keyword, the Instagram user is explicitly requesting information, thereby providing consent to receive your response DM. • You are responsible for ensuring the content of your automated DM is relevant to the keyword trigger and does not constitute spam or misleading communication. • You must not use deceptive or misleading keywords that trick users into requesting information they did not intend to receive.

AutoChat uses Meta's official Messenger API and Instagram Graph API. By using AutoChat, you acknowledge that: • Your use of AutoChat is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies. • You are independently responsible for complying with Meta's policies on your Instagram account. • Meta may change its API policies at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of AutoChat. • Tecglobe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. • AutoChat will never request permissions beyond the minimum required for its stated functionality.

AutoChat, its logo, design, features, and all content on the platform are the intellectual property of Tecglobe and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written permission from Tecglobe.

Your use of AutoChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Tecglobe collects only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our Contact Us page.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Tecglobe does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tecglobe makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tecglobe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Tecglobe's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Tecglobe in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Tecglobe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that Tecglobe reasonably determines to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Tecglobe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
