• Basic Account Information: Instagram user ID, username, and profile info.
• Post and Interaction Data: Only related to posts for which you create automation.
• Access Tokens: Securely stored tokens provided via Facebook APIs to enable communication with your account.

🔒 We do not store personal messages, follower lists, full post histories, or unrelated data.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide AutoChat’s features:

• Automating replies to comments, DMs, and story mentions.
• Enabling smart workflows and conditional responses.
• Maintaining access to your account via access tokens.

We never sell or share your data with third parties.

3. How We Store and Secure Your Data

All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens and configuration data are stored in secure, access-controlled environments.

We follow industry best practices to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Use of Facebook/Instagram APIs

AutoChat uses the official APIs from Facebook (Meta), following all developer documentation and platform policies.

We only request permissions required for automation — no more. Read more in Meta’s API documentation.

5. User Control and Data Deletion

You are in control of your data:

• Disconnect your Instagram account anytime.
• Delete automation flows whenever you want.
• Request full data deletion via Contact Us.

Upon disconnection, we remove related tokens and configurations from our systems.

6. Future Platforms

While AutoChat currently supports Instagram, we may add other platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger) in the future.

This policy will be updated accordingly — always with your privacy in mind.
