• ✓Maintaining access to your account via access tokens.
• ✓Generating analytics reports on your automation performance.

All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens and configuration data are stored in secure, access-controlled environments following industry best practices.

We regularly review our security practices and update our systems to prevent unauthorised access, data breaches, or misuse.

AutoChat uses the official APIs from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), following all developer documentation and platform policies.

We only request permissions that are required for delivering automation features — no more. The key permissions we request include:

• •pages_manage_metadata — To access your post metadata for keyword detection.
